Walking just a few blocks from Avant Garden can get you to restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, parks, Seneca Lake, and the Watkins Glen Gorge. There are places to launch or rent boats and even go on a dinner cruise. If you are up for a drive you can check out the Watkins Glen Racetrack, local wineries, golf courses, museums, State Parks and much more. Ithaca, Corning, and Elmira are just a scenic 30 minutes away and offer other wonderful shopping and dining opportunities. |
